My passion for the fire runs deep. It goes beyond simply placing ingredients on a plate; it is about serving people and making their special moments even more memorable through bold flavors, genuine care, and heartfelt dedication.
Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of working in some of the finest establishments in the industry, with a focus in fine dining and upscale steakhouses, including The Saint Paul Grill, and Downtowner Wood fire Grill. The experiences and leadership opportunities I gained in those kitchens inspired me to think bigger and to boldly pursue my most ambitious culinary dreams.

Every experience we create is personal, intentional, and prepared specifically for you. To make that possible we ask that all clients commit to the following:
A deposit is required at booking to hold your date. Full payment is due two weeks before your event, this allows us to source your ingredients, schedule our team, and prepare everything to the standard you deserve. Events booked within 30 days require full payment at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable unless discussed.
Your date is never held without a deposit on file.
The Dragon's Table is an intimate private dining experience designed entirely around you. To reserve your evening a deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due one week before your dinner date. For bookings made within 14 days all payment is required upfront. All deposits are non-refundable unless discussed. Your evening is not confirmed until your deposit has been received
