Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of working in some of the finest establishments in the industry, with a focus in fine dining and upscale steakhouses, including The Saint Paul Grill, Dario and Downtowner Woodfire Grill. The experiences and leadership opportunities I gained in those kitchens inspired me to think bigger and to boldly pursue my most ambitious culinary dreams.
